To get a report from any section, just click the Export button at the top right of your panel in Google Search Console and export the data you need.
The Performance, Coverage, Enhancements and Links sections can all produce reports. You have 3 options in front of you.
Google Sheets section: choosing this option lets you view the report online in Google Docs. This method also lets you download it.
Download Excel section: choosing this option lets you download an Excel file of the reports.
Download CSV section: choosing this option gives you the reports as a CSV file.
