Does a Server Really Make Your Site Faster?

A company came to us that had run a dedicated server from Hetzner first, then taken a dedicated server inside Iran, paying roughly 5 million Toman a month for it.
When we talked it through with them, we said that a 400,000 Toman host could carry the work too, cover what they needed, and give them good speed as well.
You know, many of our clients assume we say this out of ignorance. Some hosting companies have repeated that a server raises your speed so often that people now think buying one turns their site into a rocket, and fewer of them take our word for it. Fortunately this client agreed, and we did the optimization work.
The first image is the speed test run on the server, with a full load of 20 seconds.

The second image is on the 400,000 Toman host, with a full load of 3 seconds.
This year they have made 55 million Toman in profit, and they got far better speed from one optimization alone.
